Project Introduction:

Xiamen biology Silicon Valley is located in Xiamen Xiangan district, covering an area of 2000 mu. It will be constructed in three stages from 2013 to 2021 with the predicted investment of 10 billion. It gathered more than 20 internationally famous science institutes, large company research centers and more than biological science companies. Created more than 10 thousands of job opportunities and directly or indirectly affected more than 50 billion of Chinese Yuan.

From November 2011, KMG has signed contract with Xiamen government and Avic INTL to design the general development strategy, park planning, international resources introduction, investment and financing and a series of operating management. Our goal is to build Xiamen biology Silicon Valley as one of the model areas of Chinese biological information technology cooperation and biological industry groups in Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone.

Project Introduction:

Zhangzhou national developing zone covers an area of 56 km². It belongs to Zhanghzhou government and has the distance of 5 km to Xiamen Island. The population in the development zone is about 50000 including 20000 of students from Xiamen University. December 1992, the China Merchants Group invested in constructing the harbor, land reclamation, road construction and others. At the same time, the China Merchants group founded the development commission to use the government power and became the second district that is constructed and governed by enterprises after Shekou. This district became national development zone in 2010.

Client's needs

Rebuild the strategic vision for future development and categorize current industry structure; plan the upgrading scheme for regional industry transformation; design the company business mode in the development zone; create the expandable/ replicable operating mode; make the operation orientation and strategy for company investment.

Project work and outcome:

KMG started from the three aspects of value discovery, value design and elevation, value marketing andclients needs to conduct the study of development sone transformation. We also designded the general transformation upgrade stratey, transformation upgrading marketing strategic plan and company business mode suggestion for development zone. The project outcome was highly praised and recognized by executives from China Merchants Group and Zhangzhou development learder group and follow-up cooperation between these two was continued.

Project Introduction:

Wujia Mountain economic technology development zone had been successfully upgraded to a national development zone and was facing prodigious development potential and challenges. By the time of the 12th five-year plan, Wujia Mountain top management proposed the development strategy for upcoming five years and requirements for implementation.

Client's needs:

Clear out the development target system for future five years; optimize industry structure and elevate industry added value and the ratio of high-tech industry. Accelerate the pace of industry-city integration, upgrade city's survice function and enrich the economic combination. Make detailed implementation plan, business invitation and performance evaluation.

Project work and outcome:

KMG started from the three aspects of value discovery, value design and elevation, value marketing andclients needs to conduct development zone transformation and research. We designed the general transformat ion strategy, implementation and business invitation plan. We eventually settled the strategic orientation of "China Amphibious land harbor center" and cleared out the production service industry combinations of IT home appliance industry, Medical and apparatus industry, portage technology and apparatus industry with supply chain management and finance and data finance as its core.

Project Introduction:

KMG designed the strategy marketing plan focusing on Parts and Accessories of aviation, aero logistics and aero training service. We helped our client to implement the roadshows for US and European aviation enterprises twice. We successfully helped the cooperation between the industry base and Honeywell, Boeing and Goodrich and was highly endorsed by national development and reform commission, leaders from Shanxi province and Xian.

Over five years, Xian aviation base has always been highly noticed and supported by the country and province. It has been rewarded with titles such as "National Science and Technology Innovation and Innovation Base ", " China-made research and innovation cooperation demonstration base ", " China Civil Aviation Administration General Aviation Industry Pilot Park ", " National Torch Plan Xi'an aviation industry base ", " national new industrial industry demonstration base ", "Top Ten Investment Value Development Zone", "Shaanxi Economic Driving Force Area", "Shaanxi Province SME Venture Base".

It has been formed with the system that has complete set manufacture as its main industry, aircraft engines, airborne systems, aerial parts, aviation new materials as its branch industry with aviation parts processing, aviation maintenance, subcontract production, aviation education and training, air travel as supporting industries.

Up to now, the number of registered enterprises has reached more than 300. The industry supporting ability has been boosted; the scale of industry has grown and the chain effect of industry gathering has become more and more visible.

Project Introduction:

KMG designed the Zhengzhou general air logistics development strategy and settled the core strategic position and key strategic position of Zhengzhou in central China air logistics. At the same time, we designed the international marketing investment invitation for Zhengzhou international air logistics center and assisted it with the introduction of US air logistics operators.

Project Introduction:

JIngmen agriculture valley covers an area of more than 500 km² and is the key program of Hubei province. KMG China has cooperated with KMG US to assist the government to settle the strategic positioning of agriculture valley and its agriculture economy development model, industry structure, key agriculture industrialization policy and agriculture organization innovation model. We also helped with introduction of global leading agriculture food safety, biotechnology research and production institutes resources as well as the cooperation between Jingmen and NAPA association (US).

Project Introduction:

We settled the positioning of Northern Hankou market cluster and the strategy positioning of its supply chain management center. We then categorized the ten market combinations, customer sources, products and apparatus requirements, partner management and corporate key operation requirements. We eventually designed the highly implementable development and operation plan.

Project Introduction:

This project focused on the conceptual development and security industrial park positioning. KMG designed the strategic plan for Beijing security industrial park feasibility study and park development. We provided the security industry international value chain analysis, international strategic partner advice and park operation and financing scheme as well as implementation assistance.

Product Introduction

KMG desgined the development strategy and science reports on multiple integrated projects. We also helped the conduction of its marketing towards international investors.

There has been three of US beef business corporation joined the investment. A well-known US energy company has already invested 200 million on this project. At the same time, KMG has introduced the famous "Land of lake" company's milk replacer project investment and US company Cargill's agriculture products' distribution investment.

Project Introduction:

Famous British energy enterprise and Taiyuan Jinzhong government funded Taiyuan's energy equipment industrial park. KMG provided the detailed three industry combination schemes and designed the industry system focuses on coal environmental protection treatment, new coal transportation equipment. We also created the implementable marketing and business invitation cooperation plan based on the previously mentioned strategy. We built the energy equipment goal cooperation enterprise data base and systematic marketing communication files and marketing procedure that would be the technological base for the sustainable investment invitation.

Project Introduction:

KMG desgined the Jinjing garment and light manufacture industry upgrading strategic path. The coastal resources such as great ecology, tourism, exhibition and agency to attract the cooperation with international design and brand resource agencies and therefore obtain the key talents and relevant service industries for the industry upgrade.

KMG designed the detailed development strategy and implementation plan and the general conceptual plan. We also developed the international cooperation, investment invitation plan and the marketing implementation plan. This project was praised by expert review meeting.

Project Introduction:

In the year of 2008, Sanya government has put the culture creative industry as one of its working emphasis. Sanya has set up its science commission group to conduct the international bidding for its creative industry. KMG was honored to schedule development planning for them. At the same time, KMG provided the city wise conceptual space scheme.

By doing deep research, we identified the breakthrough point of Sanya creative industry---combining the technology and culture creative industry. We designed the development plan for culture creative industry as well as the strategic implementation breakthrough point and key projects. Besides, we created the general conceptual plan, international investment marketing scheme as well as the target enterprise data base.

We assisted Sanya government to conduct the investment invitation recommendation meeting of high technology and culture industry. So far, ZTE has officially signed the contract with Sanya to build the "technology creative new town".
